It’s not easy to sift through these things! It seems to me all our frameworks and concepts have a lot to offer and implementation is always where the challenges begin. That reality doesn’t make it any easier to live through political stalemates in our professional lives. My curiosity is how might the lingering impact of Covid be playing out? From a psychological and social psychology perspective, we no longer have this big huge non-human source of blame for disruptions and changes. Now we have to remember how to work together under new conditions and changing markets with continued strains on supply chains.
